This service agreement is between {{tenant.businessName}} ("Provider") and {{client.contactName}} ("Client").

1. SERVICES. Provider agrees to perform the cleaning services described herein at the Client's premises located at {{client.serviceAddress}}.

2. SCHEDULE. Services will be performed on a recurring basis per the schedule confirmed separately, with the first scheduled date listed above.

3. PRICING. Services are billed per the Provider's published rates at the time of each visit. Invoices are due within {{tenant.overdueDays}} days of receipt.

4. CANCELLATION. Either party may cancel this agreement with 7 days written notice. Individual visit cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance carry no fee.

5. ACCESS. Client agrees to provide Provider with reasonable access to the premises during scheduled visits.

6. LIABILITY. Provider carries general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
