    This agreement is between Lemonade ("Provider") and Doyle Builders ("Client"). SERVICES. Post-construction cleaning on a per-unit basis across the Riverbend subdivision, scheduled as units reach final finish. FEES. Per accepted quote, per unit. 50% on scheduling, balance net 14. SITE RULES. Provider crews will observe all site safety requirements, including hard hats until final walk.
